"After years of Google searching and using insurance policy comparison tools to find the cheapest rates possible, I was hesitant about simply going with an insurance agent based on referral alone. Davis McCord completely changed my perspective over the past 3 years. Could I find a better rate somewhere else? Honestly, I don’t know, and truly do not care. The peace of mind he provides is completely worth every extra dollar I'm potentially spending. Last winter, a winter weather advisory had just been issued. I hadn't been watching the weather, and was needing water spigot covers. Without any communication from me, Davis shows up at my house with water spigot covers! Crisis averted. This proactive care extends to everything he does. When we had our second child and needed to update our life insurance, what should have been a simple process hit multiple snags with underwriters. Davis stayed on it for MONTHS, handling all the back-and-forth so I only had to take simple next steps. What sets Davis apart: • Responds quickly • Explains complex policies in plain English • Reviews all possible discounts during policy conversations • Remembers birthdays and asks about the family • Acts as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson Recently had a payment issue due to closing a card I'd been using for policy payments. Between the automatic text alerts and emails from Davis's office, it was impossible to miss - which is exactly what you want for insurance payments. While fixing it myself, I noticed some confusing charges. One text to Davis and everything was cleared up within 10 minutes, including another payment that I had overlooked. Very happy I made the switch to Davis 3 years ago - and can't recommend him and the team highly enough!"

"I am Gravely concerned that this office does not answer the phone. I called last week left a message for a return call to no avail. I went by the office yesterday told agent was going to see a client. I was treated like I am not a client. I am beyond disappointed with the unwillingness of this office to assist.
