"I had a really great experience working with Christin. She was incredibly kind and personable from start to finish. What really stood out to me was that she remembered me from a previous conversation when I had just moved to the state and even asked about my dog, which made the interaction feel genuinely personal and not just transactional. She made the entire process quick and easy to understand, which I really appreciated since getting insurance can feel overwhelming. While she did suggest a few additional coverage options, she was never pushy.
